Free late delivery complaint generator
Your order never came. Say so clearly, with a deadline, in one message.
Free. No account. We do not save your message.
A late delivery complaint works when it contains a date and a deadline. Without them the reply is "we are looking into it" and another two weeks pass. With them, someone has to decide.
Describe your order and what you were promised. The generator will ask for what you want and write it, using only the dates you actually give it.
An example
Ordered a desk 12 April, promised five working days, nothing has arrived.
Dear Customer Service Team, I placed an order for a desk on 12 April, with delivery promised within five working days. It has not arrived, and two messages I sent through your chat have gone unanswered. Could you confirm a firm delivery date? If the desk cannot be delivered within the next seven days, I would prefer to cancel the order and receive a refund. I would appreciate a reply this week.
Common questions
+Should I give a deadline?
Yes, and make it one you are willing to act on. A deadline you ignore teaches the other side that your deadlines are decoration.
+Email or chat?
Email. It is timestamped, it is yours to keep, and it survives the chat window closing. If chat is the only channel, paste the message there and screenshot it.
+What if they ignore it?
Send one follow-up referring to the first message and its date, then escalate to your payment provider or card issuer, who often have their own dispute process.
